The Position:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is hiring a Grant Per Diem Director. The director will oversee the Transition in Place and Bridge bed program, as well as the off-site programs of Harmony Village and HERO. We are looking for someone familiar with the barriers and challenges that unhoused veterans face in our community. You will bring a passion and drive to support our veteran clients with programs and partnerships designed to lower existing barriers and provide lasting change. Our programs provide innovative solutions and empower individuals experiencing homelessness to transform lives. The director is responsible for training new program staff, ensuring accurate documentation, assessments, program reporting, and overseeing program contracts. The role requires frequent collaboration with Veterans Affairs, programs within St. Patrick Center, and other local social services agencies. The ideal candidate is a leader with strong communication skills, empathy, and experience in program management. The salary range is $60,000 to $70,000 a year.
