The Position :
St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is seeking to hire a Substance Use Case Manager to join our Project HERO team. We are looking for a dedicated case manager who is passionate about helping veterans overcome barriers related to addiction, dependency, and unhealthy behaviors. The ideal candidate will be an expert in addiction and recovery, responsible for conducting assessments, assisting clients in their recovery journey, and tracking their progress.
