We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor with Managerial duties.
- $44.96 to $58.66 per hour based on experience.
- Available Shifts: Full-Time - 3p to 11p and 11pm to 7am and Weekends any shift.
Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor/Manager Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of MA as an RN - Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS certification.
- 1 year of experience in nursing supervision or nursing management in Long-Term Care.
Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor/Manager Job Summary:
- Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
- Regular rounding on nursing units to supervise staff, check residents, greet all new admissions.
- Ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures.
- Assure that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses, family and other care givers.
- Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
- Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary.
