Position Description :
St. Paul Academy and Summit School (SPA) has a strong history and mission of educating and shaping the minds and hearts of those who will change the world. We are seeking to hire tutors to provide individualized instruction for children in grades 9-12 who need additional support in the area of math and literacy development. Tutors will work 1 : 1 with students and must be comfortable working in person at our Randolph Ave campus. All tutoring is arranged through SPA, and tutors are compensated for the services provided.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of and experience with Singapore Math
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working with secondary school students
- Preferred Qualifications :
- MA degree in Special Education
- Experience working with learning and attention differences
- Special education background
