We are looking for Full-Time Homecare Physical Therapists!

Needs are in designated areas of the Capital District as well as designated areas of Warren/Washington Counties!

Our Physical Therapists responsible for managing a caseload of patients requiring home-based therapy, primarily post-acute or subacute. Enjoy starting and ending your day from home!

What You Will Do

• Promote/provide physical therapy services in the home to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimal level of functioning.
• Evaluate and treat individuals with functional deficits secondary to neurologic, orthopedic and medical conditions.
• Teach patients/caregivers and help them to become independent with their treatments and self-management of their chronic illness(es)
• Experience the rewards of appreciation from being able to address the whole patient
• Work schedule is generally 8-4 during the week. Flexible work schedule.
• Weekend rotation is a Sat or Sun every 6 weeks and 1 holiday per year.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master’s degree or Clinical Doctorate of physical therapy degree
• Current NYS PT license and registration
• One (1) year PT experience
• Home care experience preferred, but not required

Pay Range: $37.60 - $48.10 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
