What You’ll Do:
- Investigate and respond to reported patient safety events
- Assist staff in crisis situations and provide expert problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with key regulations (NYS DOH, FDA, CMS, etc.)
- Conduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, and safety reviews
- Educate and mentor staff on best practices in risk management and patient safety
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s degree required (Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred)
✔ Master’s degree preferred
✔ 3-5 years of experience in risk management or patient safety
✔ CPHRM certification preferred
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
✔ Knowledge of hospital compliance, safety protocols, and reporting systems

Pay Range: $29.23-$43.49 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
