Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and
upkeep of the club’s multiple properties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming
environment for our members and guests. This role requires a proactive individual with
experience in facility maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both
independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of club facilities,
- Conduct general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and
- Maintain the safety and functionality of all common areas, including marinas,
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal
- Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and special project installations as
- Keep maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety and health
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager and other team members to
- Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and repair materials.
- Travel between club properties as needed to complete maintenance tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, repair work, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certifications are a plus.
- Reliable transportation for traveling between club properties.
