St. Stephen's Episcopal School, a day and boarding school of 710 students (grades 6-12), is seeking a full-time Head Librarian beginning August 1, 2025.

Duties include:
- Oversee library operations and manage library staff;
- Manage library acquisitions and department budget;
- Demonstrate his or her role as a visible and active leader within the school community;
- Build and maintain professional relationships with faculty, staff and students;
- Serve as a resource for day and boarding students, routinely offering general academic guidance, connecting them to on-campus support, and being involved in their academic success;
- Collaborate with faculty on research projects;
- Plan and implement library outreach activities and programming;
- Lead Parent and Alumni book group meetings;
- Assist students and faculty with library materials and equipment;
- Perform other library related tasks as needed.
