Job Overview: Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor where you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations and oversee warehouse employees. We are looking for individuals with experience in warehouse, shipping receiving, or donation centers who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: - Sort and organize incoming stock efficiently. - Supervising staff to complete jobs in a timely and safe manner. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. - Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed. - Assist in inventory control by accurately tracking and recording items. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Experience: - Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping receiving, or donation center setting is preferred. - Prior experience in a Supervisor role overseeing warehouse staff. - Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job. - Proficiency in inventory control practices is a plus. - Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
