The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a worldwide charitable organization founded in the 1830s. Active in Snohomish County since 1928, our organization is based in the traditional values of justice, compassion, and service to others. Incorporated in 1979, we are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, and all activities and finances are overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors.
We are looking for our next Admin professional.
MUST be able to multi-task!!!
Nonprofit experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Main point of contact for Council Office
Handles bank deposits, reports and sales spreadsheets
Payroll
Phone calls and client relations
Supply ordering
Billing monthly tenants and conferences
Yearly tax end contribution spreadsheet
Basic Office Mngt duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
