Assistant Program Director - ACT Team

St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester is seeking an Assistant Program Director to join our expanding Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This program provides mobile, evidence based, recovery oriented, psychiatric treatment to clients with mental illness in southern Westchester. Reporting to the Program Director, this position provides staff supervision and oversight of the daily operation of the program.
Job responsibilities include:
- With the Program Director, provide supervision to ACT program staff.
- Provide leadership to the multidiscipline team.
- Ensure that program and regulatory standards are consistently met.
- Provide direct services to ACT clients in the community.
Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and organization skills.
Requirements: Master's degree in social work or a related field and 2-3 years of experience working with adults with mental illness health care setting, with at least one year in a supervisory role. A NYS license in social work or related field is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
Pay rate: 76 -82k
