- Provide services and programming in Behavioral Health, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings; complete necessary documentation, including assessments, recovery plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Develop curriculums and facilitate group experiences for clients on multiple topics.
- Provide case management for assigned clients.
- Participate in ongoing continuing education opportunities, particularly focusing on developing skills in person-centered planning, Wellness Self-Management, and the FIT modules.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology).
- Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
