An Operations Manager at Moderno
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating job flow throughout the hub and its departments. You will be the main point of contact in delegating sales job orders into the hub and overseeing operational job flow through the following departments measuring, layout, fabrication schedules, quality control, and installation.
Duties:
- Audit all sale orders being submitted correctly with all required fields before entering the job flow.
- Ensure all measurement visits have been communicated to client and communicated to Sales.
- Ensure all measurement files are submitted to LOG/CAD within appropriate time of measuring with all required details.
- Ensure all measurements/layouts are approved by Sales and/or Customer.
- Let Customer Service Team know to proceed with scheduling of installation.
- Coordinate/schedule brief and all fabrication schedules.
- Work with Production Manager to ensure job order is complete and meet company quality standards.
- Ensure all installation are scheduled at an appropriate time.
- Communicate to office manager when jobs have been walked for approval and completed to move forward with full collection.
Requirements:
- Experience as an operation manager within industry or related experience.
- High School/GED, or some college.
- English Speaking, Spanish is a plus.
- Be able to pass a background check
