Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Educator to join our team at an acute-care hospital located in Saint Helena, California. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for deploying staff education within defined specialty areas, optimizing performance through didactic and just-in-time educational opportunities, and collaborating with subject matter experts to facilitate alignment of specialty care delivered with current evidence and system standards. You will also assess and take steps to improve quality of patient experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
• Experience in education and proficiency in Electronic Health Records software
• Ability to facilitate deployment and validate adoption of system programs and initiatives within defined specialty
