Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN Educator to deploy staff education within defined specialties, optimize performance through didactic and elbow-side support, and facilitate alignment of specialty care with current evidence and system standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance clinical performance and documentation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with system initiatives and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate just-in-time training and coaching to staff on designated units
- Support specialty onboarding process and participate in assigned hospital committees
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Experience in education and proficiency in Electronic Health Records software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
