What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinician/LMHP position at Stability Management Services LLC?
This position requires a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) which means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, or certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist.
The Clinical Director is responsible for the direction and coordination of all clinical services i.e. (assessment, chart review, treatment planning, discharge planning, clinical training, supervision of the clinical staff, staffing of cases and coordination of clinical services with referral sources).
- Provides clinical supervision and administration of the staff and program * Completes assessments and develops and implement treatment plans * Review all assessments, and document review within 72 hours * Provide staff supervision (individual and group – that is documented) * Create a supervision form that captures specifics of the case, treatment plan objectives, concerns and recommendations made in supervision to include signatures of all staff attending the supervision. * Provide direct services to individuals (individual and family therapy)
Must have knowledge of mental illness with children and adolescents.
