Litigation Attorney

Stability Technology has an urgent need for our legal client in Costa Mesa, CA. This position is onsite/remote. Candidates are expected to possess 2-7 years of Employment Litigation experience with strong Wage and Hour. Attorney will be responsible for the intake of new cases, preparation of settlement demand letters, preparation of DFEH complaints, preparation of court complaints and arbitration demands, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions (very important), drafting and responding to legal motions, appearing at court hearings, drafting mediation briefs and attending mediations, engaging in settlement negotiations, and preparing for and engaging in trial work.

In addition, to be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Proven experience in litigation with a focus on Employment law, strong legal research and writing skills, and an ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
