Key elements and expectations of the job include:

• Cleaning: Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen appliances by hand
• Sanitizing: Ensuring all items are clean and sanitized to meet health and safety standards
• Organizing: Stacking, sorting, and storing dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Maintaining: Assist with keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and floors clean and dry
• Setting up: Setting up dish stations
• Busing tables: Busing tables to assist Server staff if needed
• Emptying trash: Emptying trash containers
• Assisting: Assisting with food preparation and storage, or with the preparation and break-down of events
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the food industry and willingness to learn new skills

Please note that this is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
