What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Family Home Assistant Program Manager position at Stable Living LLP?
Stable Living LLP is hiring! We are an assisted living company that offers supportive programs to adults with disabilities. Stable Living LLP is looking for our next Adult Family Home Assistant Program Manager.
As an assistant program manager, you would be working day hours at one of our adult family homes. Hours will typically fall between Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. In this role, you are caring for up to 4 adults with disabilities. Come join us and make a positive impact in someone's life!
Job Responsibilities
-Assisting the Program Manager with varying tasks such as reordering medications, creating a weekly menu, setting medical appointments for residents, leading a small team and more.
-Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which includes assisting with administering medication.
-Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan.
- Meal prep.
-Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
-Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
-Providing guidance on developmental goals such as daily living skills.
-Promote residents’ confidence and independence.
-Companionship and conversation.
-Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry.
-Participate in the community's Life Enrichment Activities, events and outings, while encouraging residents to attend.
-Take residents to local parks, movies, bowling, shopping, and medical appointments.
Job Requirements :
-Be able to pass a caregiver background check
-GED/High School Diploma
-18 years of age or older
- 1 year of caregiving experience if possible*
-Confident in stressful situations
-Need to have a valid Driver's License
-On-Call weekend (Fri 5pm - Mon 8am) rotation once every 4weeks.

This position starts at $17.00/hour dependent on experience!
On-Call: Assistant Program Managers are responsible for being an on-call manager along with a house manager. The two on-call staff work to fill any open shifts and respond to any emergencies. Assistant Program Managers receive a bonus for being on-call and for any drop-ins or shift coverage!
