What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Supported Living - DSP Weekender position at Stable Living LLP?
Stable Living LLP is currently looking for compassionate individuals to join our team! We are an assisted living company that offers supportive programs to adults with disabilities of all backgrounds. In the position we have available you would be a Direct Support Professional (DSP) working with individuals in our CSL (Community Supported Living) Program! This position is part-time, hours ranging between 6am up to 6pm. There is always room to grow and move up within the company; we base promotions strictly on performance, attendance, and how you treat our clients. Come join us and make a positive impact in someone's life by being the support they need!
CSL is a program where our staff members go out to client homes and offer assistance in different areas of need. This can range from assisting with grocery shopping, getting out into the community for activities/leisure, cleaning, cooking, budgeting, keeping up on hygiene, keeping a schedule, appointments, completing minimal cares, etc. Each shift you may work with multiple clients ranging from 1 to 3 hours each client depending on their needs.
CSL Goals: Every client is different, and we treat them as an individual. Our goal in CSL is to assist clients in maintaining as much independence in their own setting as possible without 24/7 supervision, while also assisting clients to build their level of independence to a point where they no longer need our services. We truly want to better/maintain the lives of the people we work with and be a support in their journey to accomplishing their goals.
We want you to be the right fit for us, in turn, we want Stable Living to be the right fit for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions leading up to an interview with us!
