Job Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of programs. Responsibilities include program staff supervision; program development, implementation and evaluation; all aspects of quality assurance; managing therapeutic riding instruction according to PATH standards, with the utmost attention given to safety; and supervising instructors.

· Strategize, plan, and implement efficient and effective programs that meet the community’s needs. Goal – 80% of clients achieve their goals.
· Plan, develop, and oversee adherence to the Program Services budget. Goal – Net revenue is within the annual budget.
· Oversee client care and experience for all Services. Goal – 90% of adaptive services and mental health clients report being highly satisfied with their overall experience at StableStrides.
· Maintain high levels of instructor retention and satisfaction. Goal – 95% of staff indicate a high level of overall satisfaction regarding the Adaptive Services Director.
· Ensure quality, effective client evaluation processes and reporting. Goal – 100% of instructors report a high level of satisfaction with client evaluation processes and reporting.
Qualifications
· Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (Advanced level instructor is a plus)
· PATH Intl. Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning Certification, preferred
· Minimum two years experience leading instructor teams and program management
· Three years experience instructing at a PATH center
· Experience teaching able-bodied lessons
· Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of disabilities, precautions/contraindications, and adaptive riding teaching techniques preferred
· Advanced equine training knowledge preferred
· High attention to detail
· Adaptable and flexible
· Knowledge and understanding of the functioning of a mental health clinic preferred
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
· Great written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or in a group
· Excellent computer skills with experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and preferred experience with Salesforce
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
