THE POSITION
The Visual Designer is responsible for supporting the design needs of the Staccato / Staccato Ammunition / Staccato Vegas / Staccato Ranch brands across digital, print, and experiential channels. This role will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, the broader Creative team, and cross-functional partners to produce high-quality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The Visual Designer will play a key role in supporting product launches, brand campaigns, social content, trade shows, and internal communications.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop creative assets for product launches and brand campaigns, including layout, illustration, and supporting visual kits.
- Create design assets across Staccato’s web properties, including ecommerce visuals, digital ads, and mobile-first UI components.
- Produce content for blogs, podcasts, social media, and events.
- Execute creative solutions across web, print, and environmental graphics, including trade show booths, banners, and promotional materials.
- Design templates and brand materials for internal and external use, including presentation decks and partner toolkits.
- Ensure design work aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and overall aesthetic.
- Manage project timelines, revisions, and production workflows to meet strict and often fast-moving deadlines.
- Maintain a forward-thinking mindset, considering how today’s work influences future brand growth and scalability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in a creative/design role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Solid knowledge of print production, techniques, and material options.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
- Experience designing for premium or lifestyle brands.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to brand systems while exploring creative innovation.
- Growth mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Positive, respectful, and team-oriented presence.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first UX/UI principles and eCommerce best practices
