What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Office Representative position at Stacey's Gymnastics?
We are expanding and looking for someone to add to our office team to provide exceptional customer service for our fast-growing gym.
Tentative 15 hour/per week schedule:
- Wednesday evening 3:30pm-9pm
- Friday 3:30pm-9pm
- Saturday 7:30am-11:30am
- Additional hours are negotiable.
No gymnastics experience necessary. Paid training will be provided.
General computer knowledge and customer service experience is preferred. We use Jackrabbit class management software on a Mac in our offices.
Regular duties include:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Taking messages
- Assisting other staff
- Scheduling make-up classes
- Posting payments
- other administrative tasks as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
