Routing Clerk

BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE

Summary: Staci Americas is a dynamic and rapidly growing 3PL/E-commerce company that offers a wide range of services to our customers globally. We are looking for a highly skilled Routing Clerk to help coordinate shipments accurately and efficiently.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIO

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Coordinate timely and accurate shipments.

· Respond/attend to client’s request.

· Billing projects once completed.

· Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents

· Identify and fix shipping errors.

· Routing orders on TMS as well as non TMS orders

· Printing manual labels

· Coordination with internal sites

· Planning transit times for orders to ensure they arrive on time.

· Pre calculate the shipment details so orders can be routed on time.

· Provide rate quotes.

Work Environment: Remote

Physical Demands: Position requires the ability to think strategically and operate as a somewhat self-motivated individual. Person must be able to operate with deadlines and under stress. The work environment will be in an office environment. Limited travel requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.56 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift

• Routing: 2 years (Required)
• 3PL: 2 years (Required)
• Billing Projects: 1 year (Required)
• Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
