Your Role: More Than Just Scooping Ice Cream
At Stack Creamery, we don’t just scoop ice cream—we create fun, personalized, and slightly messy experiences that bring people together by making ice cream sandwiches or Stacks. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable Stackers who want to make someone’s day while gaining real-world skills that will stick with them long after their time as a Stacker ends.

What You’ll Do:
Build the Ultimate Ice Cream Sandwich – Assemble custom creations with fresh-baked cookies and premium ice cream, making sure every stack is as fun as it is delicious
Create an Unforgettable Customer Experience – Engage with customers, help them choose their perfect combo, and make sure they leave smiling
Sell Without Feeling Salesy – Learn how to read customers, suggest add-ons they’ll love, and upsell in a way that feels natural (Don’t worry, we will teach you and it’s a valuable skill that will help you in any career!).
Keep the Store Spotless – Clean as you go, restock supplies, and make sure everything looks as good as our sandwiches taste. This includes mopping the floor, washing dishes, keeping work stations spotless and showing all areas of the store some love —but hey, we’re all in it together!
Work as a Team – Support your co-Stackers, communicate clearly, and help set the next shift up for success.
Compete & Earn More – We run fun competitions to help you sharpen your skills, boost sales, and keep the store in top Stacking shape. Some have cash prizes, others are just for bragging rights—but they all make the job more exciting!
