Responsibilities
- Process voluntary corporate actions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional client service to managed service clients, maintaining a professional and proactive approach.
- Execute various reorganization events, ensuring timely and accurate payments while minimizing risk and exposure to the firm.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and take ownership of complex issues, driving them to resolution.
- Thrive in a detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and deadline-driven environment with a strong focus on risk management.
- Monitor critical deadlines and cut-offs, ensuring all instructions are processed in a timely manner.
- Adhere to client-specific Detailed Function Lists and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prioritize tasks and deliverables based on business needs and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across departments, with staff, senior management, and clients to ensure alignment and resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in voluntary corporate actions processing or managerial roles, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling voluntary reorganization events.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex issues, and meet deadlines while working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, deadline adherence, and a forward-thinking mindset within a risk-focused, dynamic environment.
- Ability to lead and support a team, providing guidance and assistance with daily execution of key tasks when necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
