THE POSITION:
We are seeking and experienced Treasury Manager to join STACK – this role will be responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day Treasury activities with focus on the cash items to support the Treasury team. This role will assist the Sr. Director of Treasury to implement treasury solutions and drive optimization for the function. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Treasury and has one direct report.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Cash management - Oversee daily cash positioning and forecasting, as well as reviewing, approving, and releasing certain electronic funds transfers
· Dividend - Responsible for the monthly/quarterly calculations, reporting and settlement for stabilized assets
· Banking - Leverage banking relationships to open, manage and maintain bank accounts, maintain inventory and perform quarterly reviews of all company bank accounts including signatories and users
· Process Optimization – Assist with the design and implementation of treasury tools, dashboards, and technologies for real-time data and executive decision-making support, as well as new strategies to more efficiently manage STACK’s accounts and liquidity
· Risk and Compliance - Prepare, review and maintain compliance within the treasury function; ensure proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements, and general treasury activities as well as develop and support treasury policies, procedures and controls
· Working Capital - Collaborate with operational stakeholders on working capital optimization projects - effectively work with internal partners including Finance, FP&A, AP, AR, Legal, Tax, PE, and IT
· Leadership - mentor and develop a treasury analyst, providing guidance on best practices, modeling techniques, and analytical methodologies

THE DETAILS:
· Location: Denver, CO
· Travel: travel up to 5%
· Compensation: 123,000 - 150,000 bonus
· Must be eligible to work in the United States
· Must pass comprehensive background screening
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree
· MBA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
· This candidate should have a continuous improvement mindset, be naturally inquisitive, and eager to both learn and iterate to improve a rapidly growing organization
· 5 years of treasury experience with previous management experience
· Strong experience with cash management, banking systems and electronic payments
· Highly adaptable, work independently and drive results in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment
· Strong analytical, financial and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills - willing to stay up to date with the latest treasury technology developments
· Excellent communication skills in managing internal and external customers and business partners
· Experience in real estate development a plus
· Experience implementing and working with treasury systems a plus
