- 3 years of software sales experience, with a proven track record of closing six-figure deals in a 4-6 month sales cycle.
- Technical aptitude to navigate and sell API-centric products; experience in IoT or similar technical industries is a plus.
- A history of thriving in startup environments (Series C or earlier), demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Hands-on experience with outbound outreach, including conferences, cold calling, and using tools like HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, engaging with stakeholders from Directors to the C-suite.
- Compensation and Growth: OTE of $150-190K on a 50/50 plan, with equity and opportunities to shape the future of a rapidly growing company.
