We are currently seeking a Co-Regional Property Manager to provide operational and strategic support to our Property Managers across multiple communities in Pennsylvania.
Position Overview:
The Co-Regional Property Manager will work closely with the Senior Regional Property Manager and Property Managers to oversee the operations of multiple communities. This role involves supporting day-to-day property management activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining occupancy, and fostering strong tenant relationships. The ideal candidate is an experienced property management professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Assist the Senior Regional Property Manager in managing the daily operations of multiple communities.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Property Managers to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, occupancy levels, and resident satisfaction.
Occupancy and Leasing:
- Work with Property Managers to maintain high occupancy rates across communities.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Support home sales and leasing activities, including conducting showings and preparing necessary documentation.
Tenant Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for escalated resident concerns and disputes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community.
- Ensure community rules and regulations are enforced fairly and consistently.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor rent collection and ensure timely submission of fees across all managed communities.
- Assist in budget management by identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
Compliance and Legal Support:
- Assist in handling evictions, non-renewals, and legal proceedings related to resident violations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Property Maintenance & Inspections:
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties meet company standards.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Staff Development & Leadership:
- Train and onboard new Property Managers and community staff.
- Collaborate with the Senior Regional Property Manager to assess staffing needs and assist in recruiting top talent.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in manufactured housing or multi-site management.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
o Strong organizational and planning skills.
o Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
o Proficiency in property management software and tools.
- Licenses: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Other Requirements: Ability to travel between communities as needed, with occasional weeknight (5-8 PM) and weekend availability.
