**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports and power equipment service and exceptional customer service skills. This position is based in a dealership environment and requires proficiency in inventory management.
**Duties:**
- Greet customers and assist with their inquiries
- Look up and source parts with computer tools
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update inventory records using Excel or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with diagnostics when necessary
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a dealership powersports and/or power equipment service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with stock control procedures
- Proficiency in LightSpeed for data entry and tracking
- Strong customer service and communication skills
