COMPENSATION : Based on full time equivalent experience in a Fleet Mechanic setting. $45,000-$84,500 annually
Did you ever imagine where your career as a mechanic might lead you? Stadium Medical is in search of a mechanic who is looking to continue their career in the EMS world with Fleet care, or an individual dedicated to getting into the EMS environment, wanting to showcase their skills and knowledge by having a position contributing to Stadium Medical's fleet. The individual would spend the majority of their time focusing on prevention, but also minor fixes and diagnostic care, while outsourcing the larger, more time consuming projects to dedicated partners. This individual should be driven, well oriented with project management skills, detail oriented, and comfortable working as a single employee in their branch. This position is crucial for Stadium Medical's fleet to remain in service and operational, so that Stadium Medical can continue to serve its multiple events partners, Denver, Colorado Springs, Golden, and Summit County, with more divisions to come.

MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 18 years of age. Current Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check. Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on emergency vehicles or similar fleet management. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
