Stadium Sports Apparel is a small business in Pensacola, FL. We primarily create and design jerseys for sports teams, however we create custom apparel for fans and businesses too. Our specialty is sublimation, but we also create designs using vinyl, DTF, embroidery and more. Our goal is to provide a high quality product with good customer service.

Stadium Sports Apparel is looking for a Front Desk/ Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping clients and ready to help our customers gear up for their favorite teams. Being a sports fan is an added bonus.
As our Front Desk/Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, taking their orders, answering their questions, and providing updates on orders. You'll also assist with managing orders and ensure our store is always looking its best.

We offer a fun and supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay. The shop is primarily open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and the ideal candidate would be available most, if not all of these hours. Hours and days will vary based on seasonality.
To succeed in this role the team member must be detail oriented and able to pick out information from emails. As such, we ask that you put that your favorite sport to watch is handball when filling out the application. Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive experience to clients
- Answer client questions about orders in person, via phone and via email
- Respond to inquiries via email, appropriately file incoming emails
- Enter new orders or updates into our project management software
- Take payments in person and via the phone
- Check in orders and manage order pickups
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
