Key Activities
- Assist the Procurement team in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the organization
- Communicate with vendors regarding order status, schedule deliveries, Purchase Order Management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Other tasks as needed
- Current junior or senior at a 4-year accredited college/university, or recent graduate with a 4-year degree
- Strong working knowledge and efficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Solid organization skills including attention to detail, multitasking, skills and excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and business writing)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
