Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations
- Assist in developing succession planning strategies
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting and interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or Salesforce
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Understanding of succession planning principles
