Duties / Responsibilities :
Production Expediter will work alongside the Production team to move parts through the production floor and prioritize for specific customer orders.
- Follow up with vendors, scheduling, and keeping records of inventory moved.
- Work alongside the Purchasing Team, confirming and receiving inventory.
- Adhere to schedules to establish customer priorities and check availability of workers, materials, parts, and equipment to make sure its available.
- Build close relationships with vendors and communicate with them via telephone or email.
- Shipping, receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
- File work orders when completed.
- Complete and ensure accurate inventory.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving to maintain supplies and inventory.
- Other duties as required .
