Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill several Recruiter positions.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Post job listings on various job boards.
- Review applications and conduction initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate’s qualifications and experience.
- Build, manage and maintain our applicant tracking (ATS) database.
- Onboard new hires such as new hire paperwork, background checks, drug tests, etc.
- Help candidates update their resumes.
- Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
- Attend local job fairs, trade shows and professional networking events
- Perform various customer service-related activities
