Accounting Supervisor - Multi-Site Accounting
Job Description :
We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor with expertise in multi-site accounting. Your role will involve overseeing financial tasks across different locations. Here's what you'll do :
- Monitor daily banking activities and manage cash flow for our corporate office, company-owned centers, and affiliate companies.
- Prepare monthly reports for items like Royalty Fees, National Advertising Fees, Rent, Mortgages, and Property Taxes.
- Provide support to Area Managers in accounting and bookkeeping matters.
- Generate monthly financial statements for review.
- Collaborate with our HR department to facilitate monthly payroll processing.
- Collect and review monthly financial statements from various locations, benchmarking and tracking the financial performance of the system.
- Update and monitor National Advertising expenditure, submitting a monthly report to the CEO and Director of Operations.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of credit cards and other accounts.
- Gather tax-related information for the annual company audit.
- Act as the primary point of contact for accounting and financial matters at our corporate office.
