Position Overview:
The Controller will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial leadership, proficiency in cost and ERP systems, and a background in supporting acquisition initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in managing the financial health of the organization and supporting its growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and enhance profitability through business plan development.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for the company’s Atlanta location.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls, including GAAP compliance and inventory management.
- Support acquisition activities, including contract negotiation, financial due diligence, and process integration.
Qualifications:
- Education & Certifications: MBA in Accounting, CPA certification preferred.
