- Assist in the development, implementation, repair, and maintenance of instrumentation, control, and electrical systems.
- Perform system start-ups and operational checkouts on systems including configuration, wiring, calibration, grounding, and power testing.
- Reload and reboot PLCs and fanuc robots to restore faulted equipment after power outages.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on electrical and control systems.
- Provide hardware and software application support assistance to maintenance, engineering, and operations.
- Utilize technical materials such as manuals, Process and Instrument Diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to troubleshoot and maintain systems.
- Support creation and implementation of training around the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of integrated controls and information systems.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 1 years’ applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or PC-based HMI-systems in an industrial, manufacturing, military, or related environment.
