Office Manager/Bookkeeper
The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be working closely with the controller who needs help newly created role Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Functions.

The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be working closely with the controller who needs help newly created role Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Functions.
Duties:
- Online banking, ACH payments, Invoicing, Remote Deposit Capture, & Daily Depositing
- Month-end Bank & Credit Card entries & Reconciliations
- Maintaining Company CRM, Customer Relations, Vendor Set-up, Issuing all COI’s & W-9’s
- High Volume Phones, In-coming & Out-going mail processing, & Company Vendor Relations
- Quarterly Reporting, Year-end Accounting, Journal Entries, & 1099’s
- Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Five or more years of Bookkeeping and Office Management experience
- Experience with accounts payable and receivables
- SAGE software experience a plus
- Strong communication skills as this role will be responsible for answering the phone.
Salary : $75,000
