Construction Project Administrator
Our client is growing and needs to add a Project Administrator to their team.
Duties:
- Process all client billings and pay applications
- Responsible for tracking lien releases
- Coordinate job buy-out for project subcontractors & suppliers
- Process Accounts Payable
- Support Project Managers
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Four or more years of construction industry experience
- Experience supporting project managers
- Experience with Vista Viewpoint or other construction software (SAGE 300, FCC, Foundation)
Our client offers a salary of up to $65k plus full benefits including M/D/ V/ 401k and ESOP.
