Position Overview :
Staff Finders Technical Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support our e-Commerce Contact Center. This role provides an opportunity to work with cutting-edge agricultural technology products while delivering exceptional service to our dealers and customers. You will serve as the front line for technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through your expertise.
This position offers retention bonuses after 6, 12, and 18 months of employment, along with pay increases at the same intervals. Please note, these incentives are subject to completion of your assignment, and are forfeited if the assignment is not completed as agreed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and chat to assist with product inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and offer solutions to customers for a wide range products
- Document interactions in the case management system for tracking and reference.
- Create and maintain online support tools and solutions to enhance customer experience.
Working Hours & Location :
7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
