Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position, offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a skilled maintenance team while contributing to the efficiency and safety of our operations.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supervising skilled trades, ensuring smooth operations, and driving continuous improvement within our maintenance team. Your responsibilities include :
- Team Supervision : Spend approximately 90% of your time overseeing skilled trades, including pipefitters, electricians, and mechanics. Provide support and guidance to ensure operational excellence.
- Troubleshooting and Support : Dedicate 10% of your time to diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues within machining centers.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Senior Maintenance Team Leader to align with maintenance cost structures and operational goals.
- Preventive Maintenance Audits : Conduct weekly audits to improve visibility and effectiveness of the preventive maintenance program.
