Your Responsibilities:
As an Employee Experience Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless HR operations and exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer HR processes, including tactical processes related to talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee records maintenance, and training administration.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing solutions for more efficient HR support.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve escalations and enhance processes.
