Manufacturing Process Optimizer

Job Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer at Staff Finders Technical, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and advancing manufacturing processes within an innovative production environment. This position requires a strong ability to analyze, develop, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing engineering projects of moderate scope or contribute significantly to larger, more complex initiatives.
• Oversee and direct support personnel, including contractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and production requirements.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather and analyze data, and implement effective solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Utilize advanced electronic tools across a broad range of applications, including e-builds, modeling, and simulations, to optimize production workflows.
• Design and refine operational layouts to improve material flow, ergonomics, and overall production efficiency.
• Lead the development and integration of new manufacturing processes and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Operate within an established project management framework to achieve strategic manufacturing objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (highly preferred).
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within an assembly environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Proficiency in CAD software, modeling, and simulation tools for process design and optimization.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with electronic manufacturing tools and project management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
