- Oversee and direct support personnel, including contractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and production requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather and analyze data, and implement effective solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Utilize advanced electronic tools across a broad range of applications, including e-builds, modeling, and simulations, to optimize production workflows.
- Design and refine operational layouts to improve material flow, ergonomics, and overall production efficiency.
- Lead the development and integration of new manufacturing processes and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Operate within an established project management framework to achieve strategic manufacturing objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (highly preferred).
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within an assembly environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in CAD software, modeling, and simulation tools for process design and optimization.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with electronic manufacturing tools and project management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
