Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Management Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing procurement processes, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order (PO) creation and execution
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Utilize SAP and other procurement tools (JDSN, SRM, CP) to track orders, analyze data, and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Conduct supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and reliability
- Resolve supply chain conflicts, addressing issues related to delays, shortages, and pricing discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to proactively manage purchasing decisions
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and finance teams to align supply plans with business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Management
- Hands-on experience in Purchasing and Procurement
- Strong understanding of Supply Management processes, including the Requisition to PO process and relevant tools (JDSN, SAP, SRM, CP)
- SAP experience is highly preferred
- Experience with negotiations and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
