Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and possess knowledge of workforce management systems and talent management tools.
Duties:
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops
- Assist in payroll processing using ADP or Paylocity software
- Manage social media platforms for HR recruitment purposes
- Support talent management initiatives and programs
- Utilize iCIMS or similar software for applicant tracking
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
Experience:
- Previous experience in human resources or related field preferred
- Familiarity with HR software such as Dayforce, PeopleSoft, or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
-Experience using Tempworks and UKG Software is a plus.
