Certified Refrigeration Technician
Location: Midtown Atlanta, Georgia

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Refrigeration Technician with at least 2 years of experience to install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems in commercial and residential settings across Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and HVAC-related refrigeration units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system performance checks.
- Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations and ensure environmental safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Work with electrical wiring, controls, and automation systems related to refrigeration.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate issues and solutions to clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) – Required.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential refrigeration systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system failures.
- Proficiency in handling, charging, and recovering refrigerants.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC certification or additional trade licenses (preferred but not required).
