Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Audit and Compliance Leader to join our Internal Audit team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading audits and departmental initiatives across various financial, operational, and compliance subject matters. You will work closely with our Director of Internal Audit to assist in creating the annual audit plan, lead departmental initiatives to streamline processes and enhance audit methodologies, and oversee the execution of the audit plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance, and/or Public Accounting
- 9 years of total work experience
- A minimum of 4 years of people development and talent management
- Experience with Internal Audit specific applications
- Strong inter-personal, verbal communication, and framing/presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong business process knowledge combined with an ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
- Experience with Visio and Power BI preferred
