Job Summary
The Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks across various financial, operational, and compliance areas. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess risks across various financial, operational, and compliance areas
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risks
- Provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance, and/or Public Accounting
- 9 years of total work experience
- A minimum of 4 years of people development and talent management
- Experience with Internal Audit specific applications
- Strong inter-personal, verbal communication, and framing/presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong business process knowledge combined with an ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
- Experience with Visio and Power BI preferred
